3R’S REGISTERS,RECORDS, FORMS.

According Director  of School Education Hyderabad .All the Headmasters of high schools upper primary schools and primary schools in Telangana state are here by informed that to maintain the following records,registers and forms regarding 3R’S learning enhancement programme.

1) Teachers should maintain the following records

a. Teachers dairy for 3R’S: Teachers have to write this dairy daily.It is better to get sign of the headmaster daily.prepare table like

b. Baseline test results in prescribed format.

c. Below average group,unable group students names class wise and able group students names class wise.

d.after base line test teachers should make groups according to their performance and group  of students list to be maintained.

e.middle test and end test results ,After middle test results teachers have to regroup the students according to their performance.

f.Teachers should keep answers sheets bundles with them.Inspection team may verify these answer sheets of the students.so teachers have to valuate these answer papers of the students with out any mistakes.

g.material for class room transaction prepared by teachers.these teacher learning material should be prepared by the teacher at home.

2) students keep one special note for 3R’S

3) Headmasters should keep following records with them.

a.Headmaster should prepare Time table for 60 sixty days for this LEP programme .

b. students names lists with group wise.

c.Teachers time table allotted teachers names with subjects.
