Leave preservation proceeding Telangana Open School System TOSS and Intermediate Open School System.

                    Leave preservation proceeding for the teachers  those  who  performed examination duties,  in the telangana open school system toss and intermediate open school systems examination centers,  for the academic year 2017.  These examinations  conducted in the month of April or  May 2017.

Details:
                           The director of TOSS and in open school system has given this leave preservation proceeding.  Through this leave preservation proceeding the teachers, can preserve leaves,   according  in their service registers.

                         The teachers  have to get attendance  certificate from the chief superintendent of the examination centers.The teachers  should submit this examination duty attendance certificate to the head of the institutions or headmasters of the woking school.

                       The headmasters should give leave preservation proceeding according  to the proceeding of the director of telangana open school society.

The director proceeding No  is ,  Rc .No :  2038/C1/SSC/Inter/TOSS/2017;  

                      Dated :  29-08-2017.

ORDER:

                      Through  this  proceeding No, the non teaching employees those who involved and performed their  duties in the examination centers of TOSS and Inter,  in  the month of May / April 2017,   can preserve leaves in their service books.   All the the district educational officers of the telangana districts are advised to  necessary action. 

                     The ssc and intermediate TOSS public examinations April /may 2017, respectively have been conducted,  during the summer vacation period.  Services of the  teaching and non teaching staff  from Government,  Zilla parishad and Aided schools  utilized for conducting of the  above said toss  examinations.

                    So all the district educational officers in the state telangana  informed to take necessary actions for the preservation of earned leaves to the staff.

Important Note:

                               The rules and Go’s which are  concerning  to  the regular ssc examinations conducted by the board secondary school education telangana,for the  preservation of leaves for the teaching and  non teaching staff, who are  involving in the examination duties to conduct the regular  examination,are adapted to the  TOSS  telangana open school system and intermediate open school system.
