i) Trainee Engineer: Two-year Tenure which may be extended up to a minimum of one year (maximum tenure of 3 years, subject to project requirement) for its SCCS SBUs/ BEL-Gaziabad for a consolidated remuneration Of Rs 30,000/- per month (for 1st year), Rs 35,000/- per month (for IInd year), and Rs 40,000/- per month (for IInd Year).

ii) Project Engineer-I: Three years Tenure with may be extended up to a maximum of one year (maximum tenure of 4 years, subject to project requirement) for its SCCS SBUs/  BEL-Gaziabad for a consolidated remuneration Of Rs 40,000/- per month (for 1st year), Rs 45,000/- per month (for IInd year), and Rs 50,000/- per month (for IInd Year) and Rs 55,000/- per month (for IV year).
