NMDC is the process of massive expansion and diversification both in India and abroad. NMDC is also setting up a 3.0 MTPA integrated steel plant in Nagaranar near Jabalpur, Chattisgarh state. How to apply for Engineering Jobs In Hyderabad 2022

Group Discussion & Interview:

  1. Based on the GATE-2021 score, candidates will be called for Group Discussion and interview discipline -wise &  category-wise in the ratio of 1:10.
  2. The group discussion committee will conduct the group discussion of the candidates. The topic for Group discussions shall be decided by the group discussion committee in advance. The topic for GD may be either discipline-specific or general.
  3. Gropu dicssuions will be held discipline-wise & category-wise in batches. The number of vacancies in each batch will be decided depending upon the number of candidates turning up for group discussions.
  4. Candidates will be called for interview, discipline-wise in the rato prescribed above.

Training & Probation:

Candidates selected as Executive trainees will be placed on training for one year. after successful completion of training, the candidates shall be planned under probation for one year.

Placement:

The selected candidates shall undergo one-year training at various places. The selected candidates will be posted in any of the mines /units/offices of NMDC ltd. as per requirements they may be assigned job/ function/assignments as per the business requirements of the company.

Health:

Before joining, candidates will have to undergo a pre-employment medical examination by NMDC recognized hospitals(s), and the decision of NMDC management will be final and binding. No relaxation in health standards is allowed.

Emoluments:

The executive trainee will be offering Basic pay of Rs 50,000/- plus Dearness allowances (IDA)  as per rules of the company. on successful completion of training of one year, the Executive Trainees will be designated as Assistant managers in the scale pay of Rs 60,000-1,80,000/- and initial basic pay will be fixed at Rs 60,000/- per month.

On successful completion of training, they will be entitled to basic pay, dearness allowances, Perquisites under the Cafecria approach, PF, Gratuity, PRP, and other allowances and benefits as applicable as per rules of the company.

Being direct recruitment, the company will not bear any liability on account of salary/ leave salary/ pension contribution, etc. of previous employment, if any.

Verification of documents with originals:

The candidates who will be called for GD & Interview are required to produce original documents/ testimonials, along with self-attested photocopies, in support of age, qualification, GATE 2021 scorecard, Caste (SC /ST/OBC -NCL/ EWS/ PwBD/Ex-Serviceman) certificates, NMDC Application form, etc. For verification of their eligibility as per notification at the time of GD & interview. in case of the candidates do not produce submit the required documents before attending a group of discussion & interviews, the candidates will not be permitted to attend GD & interview and traveling allowance will not be reimbursed. The decision of NMDC management is final in this regard

selection mode: Eligible candidates must have appeared for the graduate aptitude test in engineering (GATE -2021.) Based on GATE 2021 marks and requirements, candidates will be shortlisted discipline-wise, category-wise for the further selection process (GD & Interview). The final merit list will be prepared based on the following weightage of marks. Please note that for Executive Trainee recruitment of NMDS limited, GATE marks of 2021 will only be valid and GATE score of 2020 or prior to that is not valid.
