The NCVT in AO(CP) trade is necessary to be completed after passing of B.Sc. (Chemistry) Degree. Minimum Percentage: The candidates should have secured a minimum of 55% marks in last year (or average/ aggregate of last two semesters) of B.Sc. (chemistry) Degree (50% for Sc/ST category candidates) 2 a) Full-time & regular three years diploma in chemical engineering /Technology from UGC / AICTE recognized university/ Institution and successful completion of one-year training (BOAT) under the apprentices Act-1961 (Amedment 1973). or b) The candidates with HSC ( Science) and direct admission to second year/ 3rd semester of three years diploma in chemical engineering/ technology from UGC /AICTE recognized university/ Institution and successful completion of one-year training (BOAT) under the Apprentices Act- 1961 (Amedmenat 1973). - whenever CGPA/ OGPA/ SGPA/ or letter grade in a degree is awarded; an equivalent percentage of marks should be included in the application form as per norms adopted by the university/ institute. where no norma has been specified, the CGPA/ OGPA/ SGPA will be presumed to have been provided on a 10pons scale. candidates having CGPA/ OGPA/ SGPA or letter grade in a degree, however, will invariably have to produce a copy of these conversion norms/ no norms with respect to candidates university/ institute at the time of trade test.

It may be noted that it shall be the responsibility of the candidates to verify and substantiate his claim of having requisite specializations in the advertised qualifying subject and no queries/ correspondence shall be entertained in this regard at the time of the trade test.
- the candidates for the post of the trainee, who have appeared or are appearing in the qualifying examination would be qualified for the RCF online examination. all the candidates who are declared qualified for appearing in the trade test will be required to produce proof of passing the requisite qualifying examination which should be dated earlier than the date of the test of the first batch of the current requirement process, failing which such candidates will not be admitted to the trade test process.
- The candidates should have a Diploma/ Degree in the required discipline. i.. chemical only .. no allied courses nomenclature in diploma/degree shall be eligible. If in case still, candidates apply from the allied courses, their candidates will not be considered for further process. the name of the discipline advertised must be in the qualification educational certificate acquired by the candidate.
- candidates processing higher qualifications than the prescribed qualification in the advertisement will not be given any consequential benefits for their higher qualification in the later stage of the service period.
- Knowledge of local languages is desirable.
- Candidates employed in central/ state government/quasi-government / public sector undertakings/ autonomous bodies shall either forward their application through proper channel (printout of duly filled -in the online application) or shall produce no objection certificate (NOC) from their present employer at the time of trade test failing which is his/ her/ their candidature will not be allowed to appear in the trade test.
